STUDIO ENGAGEMENT & PROTOCOLS
Welcome to Terel Sensory Studio. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a consultation, you agree to follow our studio protocols. These terms protect the integrity of our design practice and ensure a reliable, professional, and transparent partnership with every individual and progressive organisation we support.
CONSULTATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
All remote consultations, virtual sensory audits, and project profiles must be booked in advance through our intake gateway. Because our studio dedicates significant preparatory time to analyse your lighting, acoustics, and layout profiles before we meet, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
INTELLECTUAL COPY & DESIGN INTENT
Every concept portfolio, custom material registry, and bespoke sensory design blueprint delivered to you remains the intellectual property of Terel Sensory Studio. These documents are provided exclusively for your personal residential execution or your organisation's specific commercial build. They may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed to third parties without our explicit, written consent.
OPERATIONAL LIABILITY & STANDARDS
Terel Sensory Studio provides specialised design direction, material sourcing advice, and environmental guidelines rooted in environmental psychology. While we align our specifications with recognised international standards like PAS 6463, our conceptual blueprints do not replace formal structural engineering assessments or localised building control certifications.
All structural modifications must be verified on-site by your chosen certified contractor. These terms are governed entirely by the laws of Ireland.
MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION
Terel Sensory Studio retains the right to photograph, video, and document all stages of our residential and commercial projects, including the completed installation. These visual assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of our studio and may be utilized for our portfolio, publication journal, and digital visual channels.
To protect the absolute security and privacy of our clients, we operate under a strict anonymity protocol. We will never publish private residential addresses, client surnames, or sensitive commercial operational data alongside our media without explicit, written consent. Any photography or videography sessions will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time ahead of the official project handover.
FEES, RETENTION & RESERVATIONS
Because our studio books months in advance and allocates dedicated project hours to ensure high-level sensory care, all initial consultation fees and project retainer deposits are non-refundable. Retainer payments secure your exclusive timeline slot in our studio calendar. If a project is paused or delayed by the client for more than thirty days, a remobilisation fee may be applied to re-schedule your design phases within our active pipeline.
CHANGES IN SCOPE & REVISIONS
Our design proposals are based on a strictly defined spatial brief agreed upon during your initial consultation. If you require structural alterations, layout changes, or extra rooms added to the project after technical drawings have begun, this constitutes a change in scope. Any additional revisions or spatial mapping past the allocated contract hours will be itemized and billed separately at our current studio hourly rate.
SITE STEWARDSHIP & SUPPLIER VARIANCE
Terel Sensory Studio acts as a design consultant and procurement coordinator, utilizing a highly trusted global network of independent suppliers and specialist artisans. While we meticulously vet every raw material and custom furnishing for sensory and environmental integrity, our studio cannot be held legally or financially liable for third-party manufacturer delivery delays, fabric dye-lot variances, or the on-site performance of your independent construction contractors.
