01 | Enquiry & Booking
Tell us a little about your organisation, your space and what you’d like to improve. We’ll review your enquiry and confirm availability. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll arrange payment and the next steps.
02 | Design Questionnaire
Before we meet, we’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire about your space, your priorities and any sensory challenges you’re experiencing. This gives us a clear starting point for our consultation.
03 | Virtual Consultation
We’ll meet online for a 60-minute consultation to look at your space, talk through your challenges and explore practical design solutions tailored to your organisation and objectives.
04 | Sensory Design Package
Following the consultation, we will prepare your bespoke digital design package, providing clear recommendations and practical guidance to help you manage the implementation at your own pace.
