The audit is that assessment on its own. We look at how your space actually performs across six dimensions — sound, light, air, texture, navigation and refuge — and give you a clear, prioritised report you can act on, whether or not you work with us again.

The Process
01 | Enquiry
Tell us a little about your organisation, your space and what you'd like to improve. We'll come back to you within one working day, and arrange a short call to make sure an audit is the right starting point.
02 | Booking
Once we've agreed the scope, we'll confirm the date and arrange payment. You'll receive a few short questions beforehand so we know what to look for on the day.
03 | On-Site Assessment
We spend two to three hours in your space during normal use — observing, photographing and speaking briefly with a few of the people who use it. We arrive as a visitor would, before meeting anyone.
04 | Your Report
Within two weeks you receive a scored, illustrated report with prioritised recommendations. We present it to you rather than simply sending it, so we can talk through what matters most.
Your Design Package
01 | Spatial Index Score
Your space scored across all six dimensions, with the reasoning behind each score, so you can see exactly where it performs well and where it doesn't.
02 | Annotated Plan and Photographs
Each finding located on a plan of your space and supported by photographs, so the report makes sense to anyone who reads it.
03 | Prioritised Recommendations
Sorted into what you can do this month, this year, and at your next refurbishment — each with an indicative cost.
04 | A Clear Next Step
A recommendation on where to go next, with a price. Sometimes that's design work with us. Sometimes it's doing the quick wins yourself and coming back in a year.

TWO LEVELS OF AUDIT
1.Essential Audit covers one defined space — a reception, a dining room, a meeting room.
From €3,500 + VAT.
2.Full Site Audit covers multiple connected spaces, with two visits at different times of day and structured conversations with six to ten people.
€5,950 + VAT.

MEASURING WHATS CHANGED
Six to twelve months after any work, we can return and score the same six dimensions
again — so you have evidence of what changed, rather than our opinion that it's better.
